Returns & Refunds

HARMONY ESSENCE LTD will gladly issue a refund for any returned product purchased from our company, provided that you notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery that you intend to return the items.

Please note that we only accept unused and unworn merchandise for return. If the size or color of the item does not fit you, please notify our customer service team for proper replacement.
You have the option to return these items to HARMONY ESSENCE LTD at no cost. However, if you prefer us to arrange the collection of the goods, courier charges will be billed to you before the collection is scheduled. Please refer to the details below.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges that may arise due to collection-related issues.

Important Considerations:

The product must be returned unused and in its original, saleable condition, with the original product packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of and arrangements for returning the goods.
Re-stocking charges may apply.

Return Options for items purchased online and delivered to your location:

• At our discretion, we may arrange a collection using our preferred courier service, if applicable. The cost for this service will be £20 per collected item or parcel.

• Small parcels must be clearly labeled, and we will provide you with a returns label in advance if this service is available.

• You are responsible for the goods until they are in our possession and have been confirmed as accepted.

• Our goods are stored in several warehouse locations, so please contact us before organizing any return to ensure you have the correct return address.

• When using your chosen courier method for the return, we request that you send us an image of the goods and confirm the location via email.

• We will process your refund once we have received the returned goods. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
